How we pack and ship every Ultimate Roaster

At Hagane Home, we believe the experience of receiving your cookware should feel just as thoughtful as the pan itself.

So recently, we made an important change behind the scenes.

We’ve brought the fulfilment of all our orders in-house.

Until recently, we were working with a warehouse in Hong Kong to send our Ultimate Roasters to customers around the world. But over time, it became clear that the service simply didn’t meet the standards we hold ourselves to.

And when something isn't working, it’s worth fixing.

So we made the decision to start packing and sending every Ultimate Roaster ourselves.

Now, each order is carefully prepared by our small team here — which means we can truly say that every package leaves us with the utmost care (and yes, a lot of love).

It feels very good to be hands-on like this.

We’ve also made an important improvement to how each roaster is packaged.

Every Ultimate Roaster is now shipped inside a thick, protective outer carton. In the past, this extra layer wasn’t always used, and on occasion a roaster arrived less than perfectly.

That simply wasn’t good enough for us.

So we’ve partnered with the team at Hero Packaging to ensure every order is protected properly on its journey to your kitchen.

From here on, your Ultimate Roaster will ship promptly, arrive safely, and reach your home exactly as it should.

Because to us, the experience matters just as much as the pan itself.
