Why I Created the Ultimate Roaster
Share
I’m a wife, mother, grandmother, and lifelong roast lover. When I’m not in the kitchen cooking for the people I love, you’ll find me sewing, playing tennis, or travelling to visit my kids.
For nearly five years, I’ve been working on an idea that grew out of sheer frustration: why should roast night mean a messy oven and hours of scrubbing? That idea has slowly turned into what I call “my invention” — the Ultimate Roaster.
I don’t come from a background in product design. My training is in medical science and research, which taught me how to test ideas and keep refining them until they work. With the help of talented engineers, designers, and graphic artists, I’ve been able to bring this roasting pan concept to life — from rough sketches, through prototypes, to production-ready designs.
This has truly been a team effort.
I’ve had incredible support from family, friends, and experts in their fields:
- My husband, a chartered accountant
- My eldest son, a savvy accountant with financial and business management expertise
- My daughter-in-law, Bianka, who brings valuable marketing experience
With their help, I found a sourcing agent in Melbourne, a top-tier manufacturer in China, and a distribution facility in Hong Kong ready to ship orders worldwide.
I’m so grateful for everyone who has encouraged me along the way.
What matters most to me is creating something truly useful — a hardworking piece of cookware that earns its place in your kitchen.
The Ultimate Roaster was designed to be more than just another pan. It’s made to last, to be used often, and to be part of the moments that bring people together — from simple Sunday dinners to big family celebrations.
My hope is that this becomes an heirloom piece in your home. One you reach for year after year. One that makes cooking and hosting feel easier, more enjoyable, and a little less messy.
Because roast night should end around the table — not at the sink.
