The story behind the Ultimate Roaster

The idea for the Ultimate Roaster was born from a moment of frustration in my own kitchen.

I had just cooked a beautiful roast, but when I opened the oven afterwards, there was grease spattered everywhere. Oven walls, door, racks — the lot.

Standing there, I remember thinking:

There must be a better way.

That frustration sparked the idea that eventually became the Ultimate Roaster.
