Our first attempt at a pull apart roast lamb in the Hagane Home Ultimate Roaster was a hit. After 3 hours in the oven, the pan was looking pretty messy but deglazed beautifully with beef stock and red wine — making the gravy on the induction stovetop was my favourite part.
