Ultimate Roasters have landed in real kitchens across the globe — from the US and Canada to the UK, Germany, Singapore, and right here in Australia. I can hardly believe it.

 

After five years of “I can… I can’t… I can… I can’t… I can”, it’s finally real. And hearing from customers who are already cooking with it has been the most wonderful, heart-warming, and slightly surreal feeling.

 

Tom in the US roasted a 16 lb / 7 kg turkey in his Ultimate Roaster for Thanksgiving — and he credits the lid for “preserving the bird's skin”.

 

Amie in the UK has already roasted a whole chicken and a pork loin — both cooked perfectly, with no messy oven to clean afterwards. She swooned over the fact that, after soaking the pan in water, it “cleaned up back to new” (and that’s after roasting a honey soy glazed pork loin!).

 

To think the roaster I dreamed up five years ago — to save my oven from fat spatters — has now found a home in people’s kitchens around the world is just… magic.
