How does the vented spatter guard work?

The purpose-built vented stainless steel cover allows steam to escape while preventing fat and oil from spattering your oven walls — keeping your oven clean and your roast juicy and golden. 

Can I use it on the stovetop?

The Hagane Home Ultimate Roaster is safe for all cooktops, including induction. You can sear, deglaze, and make gravy right in the pan. You can also use the base of the pan to cook steak, bacon, rissoles and more on the stovetop. 

It it dishwasher safe? Is it easy to clean?

Yes, the high-polish stainless steel finish is easy to clean by hand or in the dishwasher. Use warm water and mild soap after each use and be sure to use a non-scratch sponge or scrubber.

Will it fit in my oven?

The 40 x 33 x 17.5 cm pan is designed to fit a standard 60cm oven while still being deep enough for large joints of meat or poultry.
